Payment is in U.S. dollars, and may be made via check or bank wire transfer, which are preferred. If a returning client, Visa or MasterCard may be used. Sales tax is charged within New York State, unless a resale number is provided.

Shipping & insurance costs are additional. Shipping is usually via UPS, unless otherwise requested.

Christine Archibald Portrait Miniatures is committed to the highest standard of professional conduct, and guarantees each item for sale. Any professional conservation to works is noted prior to sale and itemized in the receipt. The receipt contains a complete description of each item, as well as a photograph. Returns for full refund may be made: CAPM should be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of the miniature, and the miniature returned by insured shipping, in its original sale condition.
