As a premier dealer in the field in the United States, Christine Archibald specializes in museum-quality antique portrait miniatures. The collection showcases a spectrum of American, British and European miniatures: on ivory, vellum and in enamel, both academic and folk, from the 17th through the 20th centuries. Each portrait is selected with an emphasis on historic distinction, aesthetic appeal, and excellent condition. Research and documentation is of highest priority.

Christine Archibald Portrait Miniatures is open by appointment only, and exhibits at a small handful of key antique shows. The website is updated frequently, and includes essays on miniatures, a bibliography, links to online miniature museum collections, and an archive.
